फिर ममता प्रजापत बनी पाटौदी प्रधान: अविश्वास प्रस्ताव पारित होने के बाद हुए उपचुनाव, 3 मतों से हुई जीत, निकाला जुलूस

बहु चर्चित पाटोदी प्रधान मामले में आज हुए चुनाव के बाद राजनीतिक समीकरण बदले और जो पाटौदी प्रधान के खिलाफ अविश्वास प्रस्ताव 6 माह पहले पारित हुआ था। इसके बाद प्रधान ममता प्रजापत की जगह उप प्रधान को चार्ज दिया गया था। शुक्रवार को हुए उप चुनाव में एक बार फिर ममता प्रजापत प्रधान चुनी गई। ममता को 9 वोट और निर्दलीय प्रत्याशी माडू कंवर को 6 वोट मिले। ममता ने 3 वोट से जीत गई। जीत के बीजेपी के कार्यकर्ताओं और प्रधान के समर्थकों में खुशी की लहर है। वहीं कांग्रेस अपना उम्मीदवार भी मैदान में उतार नहीं पाई। बालोतरा जिले की पाटोदी पंचायत समिति प्रधान पद को लेकर लंबी खींचतान के बाद गत21 जुलाई को अविश्वास प्रस्ताव बैठक में प्रधान ममता प्रजापत को पद से अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया गया था। उस समय पाटोदी पंचायत समिति में अविश्वास प्रस्ताव बैठक में 14 पंचायत समिति सदस्यों ने अविश्वास प्रस्ताव पर चर्चा की। लेकिन चर्चा पर असहमति नहीं बनने पर सदस्यों ने मतदान करवा गया। मतदान में 12 सदस्यों ने भाग लिया। 12 सदस्यों ने पाटोदी प्रधान ममता प्रजापत के खिलाफ अविश्वास प्रस्ताव का समर्थन किया। इसके बाद प्रधान ममता प्रजापत को प्रधान पद से अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया।
रिटर्निग ऑफिसर राजेश कुमार के मुताबिक आज प्रधान पद के लिए दो सदस्यों ने नामांकन पत्र दाखिल किया। बीजेपी से ममता प्रजापत और निर्दलीय मांडू कंवर उम्मीदवार थे। सदस्यों द्वारा वोटिंग की गई। जिसमें ममता प्रजापत को 9 (नौ )वोट और निर्दलीय प्रत्याशी माडूकंवर को 6(छह)मिले इस तरह 3(तीन) वोटों के अंतर से ममता प्रजापत ने जीत दर्ज कर पुनः प्रधान निर्वाचित हुई है। कांग्रेस की तरफ से कोई नामांकन दाखिल नहीं हुआ। गौरतलब रहे अविश्वास प्रस्ताव के दौरान ममता प्रजापत को कुल 14 वोटो में से केवल दो वोट ही मिले थे। जबकि विश्वास के समर्थन में बारह मत पड़े थे। उसके बाद सत्ता परिवर्तन हुआ और अब वह इस उपचुनाव में रोमांचक जीत दर्ज हुई। इस चुनाव में कांग्रेस लीडरशिप की बड़ी किरकिरी हुई क्योंकि कांग्रेस ने जिसको टिकट दिया था उन्होंने नामांकन ही नहीं किया। क्योंकि कांग्रेस में गुटबाजी के चलते नामांकन के लिए कांग्रेस की भरत कंवर को प्रस्तावक ही नहीं मिला ।
